General Returns

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted on any orders. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Signed and Personalized Copies

Signed paperbacks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to all personalized orders.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you. Email info@kylieskye.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the order ships. Email info@kylieskye.com with your order number and your cancellation request.
